    Client project

    For Sahil Transport we connected about 180 trucks — GPS, fuel and CAN weight sensors — to one data platform. Every stop is classified as customer waiting or operational, waiting time is billed from contract terms, and driver invoice photos are read by AI with human review. The engagement continues with ATLAS BIP Logistics ERP: order-to-cash, dispatch, the driver app, CMR and acts, e-invoices, the 1C interface and bank reconciliation.

Frequently asked questions

Should we implement ATLAS BIP Logistics ERP or build a custom system?

For most carriers and forwarders ATLAS BIP Logistics ERP is the faster start: orders, planning, the driver app, documents and finance come as one product with a single data model. We configure it for your documents, tariffs and approval chains and develop the parts that make your operation different.

Does it work with our GPS trackers?

We work with Wialon, including fuel and CAN weight sensors. Other telematics platforms with an API connect the same way: positions, geofences and sensor readings are pulled in and linked to each trip.

Does the system issue e-qaimə and AYNA documents?

Yes. E-invoices go through e-taxes with an ASAN İmza signature, and AYNA electronic cargo documents, CMR, TIR and ADR paperwork are prepared from the data already in the trip.

We keep our accounting in 1C. What happens to it?

1C stays your accounting system. The logistics system exchanges customers, invoices and payments with it, so operations and accounting stop retyping each other’s data.

Does the driver app need a constant internet connection?

No. The driver app works offline on the road and at borders, keeps photos, statuses and signatures on the phone and syncs as soon as the connection returns.

Do you work with logistics companies outside Azerbaijan?

Yes. The system handles international trips, several currencies and documents in Azerbaijani, English and Russian, and integrations are adapted to the tax and telematics systems of your market.
