SaaS development: multi-tenant platforms built to scale

We engineer SaaS products the way we build our own. eTəhsil, Cavably and Foodost are multi-tenant platforms we designed, built and operate — so the architecture, billing, onboarding and support tooling we bring to your product have already been through a launch.

  • One codebase for every customer, with data strictly isolated
  • Subscriptions and card payments built in
  • Web and mobile from a single progressive web app
  • Azerbaijani, English and Russian interfaces from day one

Portfolio

SaaS platforms we build and run

Three live products in three industries, plus a multi-tenant trading ERP and a retail e-commerce platform.

  • EdTech · SaaS platform

    eTəhsil

    Our platform

Education centres and tutors run schedules, attendance, payments, contracts, payroll and exams in one workspace. Tenant data isolation enforced in the database keeps every centre separate, and Payriff top-ups, Google sign-in, 2FA and a parent portal are built in.

What we engineer

  1. 01

    Multi-tenant architecture

Tenant isolation enforced in the database with PostgreSQL row-level security, role-based permissions, and per-tenant settings, templates and branding.

    • RBAC
    • Tenant settings
  2. 02

    Subscriptions and payments

Plans, trials, top-ups and invoices, card payments through Payriff and other providers, and self-service signup that activates a workspace without manual steps.

    • Self-service signup
  3. 03

    Web and mobile apps

Progressive web apps that install on phones, work offline where the job demands it and send web push, email and Telegram notifications.

    • Offline-first
    • Web push
  4. 04

    Security and sign-in

Google sign-in, two-factor authentication, SAML/OIDC single sign-on for enterprise customers, audit logs and custom roles.

    AI features

    Admin console, launch and operations

What makes SaaS harder than a regular system

  • 01

    Tenancy decided too late

A product built for one customer and copied for the next turns every update into a migration project and every bug into a security question.

  • 02

Billing and onboarding as an afterthought

Trials, plans, payments and account setup are bolted on at the end, and founders end up activating customers by hand.

  • 03

No tools to run the business

Without an admin console, audit log and usage analytics, support and sales work blind as soon as the first customers arrive.

Frequently asked questions

What is a multi-tenant SaaS platform?

One application serves many customer organisations, each in its own isolated workspace. Updates reach everyone at once, and the database guarantees that no customer ever sees another customer’s data.

Do you build SaaS products for founders and startups?

Yes. We take a product from scope to launch — architecture, billing, onboarding, admin console — and stay on as the engineering team while it grows, or hand it over to your own developers with full documentation.

Which payment providers do you integrate?

In Azerbaijan we work with Payriff for card payments and top-ups. For international products we connect the provider that fits your market and currency.

Does the product support several languages and markets?

Yes. Our platforms ship in Azerbaijani, English and Russian, and the same approach extends to other languages, currencies and tax rules.

How do AI features fit into a SaaS product?

We build them into the workflow: an assistant that answers customers from the tenant’s own knowledge base, an ordering assistant on a QR menu, document and voice understanding — always with a handoff to a person and strict per-tenant data boundaries.
