Partner program
Sell a ready platform, or a system built to order
You have two things to sell: the platforms we have already built, and systems written from scratch for a company’s own problem. Either way we learn the process, sit down with the company, price the work, fit the system to how they actually work and support it afterwards. You earn commission on what the client pays.

Why this is worth your time
We pick the right route for each company
If a platform we have already built fits how the company works, we deploy it and adapt it — faster and cheaper for them. If it does not, we write the system from scratch. Either way the rollout, the training and the support afterwards are ours.
-
Two routes, and we have both
If our own platform fits — ATLAS BIP Logistics ERP, for instance — we deploy it and adapt it to how they work. If it does not, we write the system from scratch. Either way your conversation is about their process and their cost rather than a feature list against a competitor.
-
There is something to show
Ten projects are documented on this site — what the business was struggling with, what we built, and how the system works. You can send a prospect a link instead of a promise.
-
The engineers join your call
You bring the relationship; we bring the people who will build the thing. You never have to answer a technical question alone or guess at what is possible.
-
Four languages, one team
We design, build and support in Azerbaijani, English, Russian and Turkish — so a partner in Istanbul, Moscow, Berlin or Baku is not blocked by the language the client works in.
What you would introduce
Five lines of work, one engineering team
Each line covers both: a platform we have already built and a system assembled for the company that asked. You do not need to know how they are built — you need to recognise the problem when a prospect describes it.

How the partnership works
From an introduction to a commission
The same sequence on every deal, so you always know whose turn it is and what happens next.
- 01
You introduce
A company in your network whose process is being carried by spreadsheets, chat messages and manual reports — and who feels the cost of it.
- 02
We learn the problem
A short call with the company to see what is actually breaking and what it costs them. If it is not a problem we can solve, we say so immediately rather than let you spend three months on it.
- 03
We sit down with them
A demo of the platform or of comparable work, and a technical discussion with the people who would build the system. You stay in the room and keep the relationship.
- 04
We price it and propose
We write the scope, the phases and the price — what is included and what is not. You present it with us, and you never have to quote a number yourself.
- 05
The client signs with Atlas BIP
The contract, the delivery, the support and the risk are ours. You are not carrying a project you cannot control.
- 06
You are paid on what the client pays
Commission on payments received from the client, for every deal you brought, on the terms agreed with you before you started.
What we provide
What you get from us, before you sell anything
-
Material you can actually send
Project write-ups, service pages and a short overview per product — in the four languages we work in.
-
Demos on request
A walkthrough of comparable work for a specific prospect, prepared for their industry rather than a generic recording.
-
Technical answers in writing
Send us the client’s question; you get an answer you can forward, not a paraphrase you have to defend.
-
Scoping and proposals
We write the scope, the phasing and the proposal. Pricing is prepared by us for each project — you never have to quote a number yourself.
Who this fits
We would rather have four partners who close than forty who sign up
This fits you if
- You already sell B2B software, ERP or consulting to operating companies
- You have a real network in logistics, manufacturing, construction, distribution, retail or hospitality
- You are comfortable with a sales cycle measured in months, not days
- You can hold a first conversation about someone’s operations without a script
- You work independently — as a consultant, an agency or an established sales professional
This is not for you if
- You are looking for a salaried position with a fixed income
- You expect qualified leads to be handed to you
- You want to resell a licence without understanding the client’s process
The terms, stated plainly
What we can tell you before we talk
- Commission
- Agreed with you in writing before your first introduction, per product and per role in the deal, and paid on payments actually received from the client. We do not publish a single rate, because a referral and a partner who runs the whole sale are not worth the same.
- Markets
- Europe, North America, Russia, Türkiye and Azerbaijan, and we deliver across the CIS. If your market is somewhere else and the problem is one we solve, tell us — we will not turn away a good deal over a map.
- Exclusivity
- Not at the start. Handing a whole country to someone who then does not sell is expensive for both sides. With partners who bring results consistently, exclusive terms are a conversation we are happy to have.
- Agreement
- A written referral agreement before the first introduction, naming the commission, the term and how a deal is attributed to you. We never go around a partner on a deal they brought.
Questions partners ask first
Am I selling ready-made products or custom systems?
Both. If a platform we have already built fits the company, we deploy and adapt it; if it does not, we write the system from scratch. We tell you which is right after the first conversation — and the rollout, the training and the support afterwards are ours either way.
Do I need a technical background?
No. You need to recognise an operational problem when a client describes it and to open the door. Everything technical — the demo, the questions, the scope, the build — is ours. The partners who do best at this are usually operators and consultants, not engineers.
How long is a typical sales cycle?
For a system a company runs its operations on, usually two to six months from the first conversation to a signature, depending on how many people have to agree. Smaller first phases close faster, and we often propose one deliberately so the client can start without betting everything at once.
Who owns the client relationship?
The contract is with Atlas BIP, because we carry the delivery and the risk. The relationship stays yours: you are in the calls, you are named in the agreement, and we do not approach a client you introduced for other work without you.
What happens if the client needs something you do not build?
We tell them, and we tell you, early. We would rather lose a deal than take one we cannot deliver — a failed project costs you more than it costs us, because it is your relationship.
Can I do this alongside my own business?
Yes, and most partners will. This is a commission arrangement, not employment: you decide how much you put into it, and we would rather you kept the business you already have than left it for an experiment.
Not sure yet? Read the work first.
Ten projects, each written up with the problem, the system and the decisions behind it. If you can picture yourself walking a client through one of them, we should talk.
