Frequently asked questions
Can the system issue e-qaimə through e-taxes automatically?
Yes. Electronic invoices are prepared from documents already in the system and sent through e-taxes with an ASAN İmza signature, with no retyping in a separate portal.
Which GPS and telematics platforms do you work with?
We work with Wialon, including fuel and CAN weight sensors. Other telematics platforms with an API connect the same way: positions, geofences and sensor readings are linked to each trip and truck.
How are bank payments matched to invoices?
Bank statements are imported on a schedule and each payment is matched to its invoice or debt by amount, reference and counterparty. Anything that does not match goes to a short review list instead of being posted blindly.
Will the integration slow down 1C or our ERP?
Extraction is scheduled outside peak hours and uses read-only access wherever possible, so day-to-day work is not affected.
How often is the data refreshed?
From once a day to every few minutes, depending on the source system and on how quickly decisions need the data.
Can data from several companies or branches be combined?
Yes. Multiple legal entities, branches or databases can be consolidated into one model with shared definitions.
